We have been providing temporary staffing services for Serix since 2016. The client has also benefited from our support in hiring employees from Ukraine. This support included all activities related to immigration, hiring and accommodation, as well as the assistance of an interpreter who attended the initial on-site training courses. We also provided support for employees, including picking them up from Katowice railway station, transport to Myszków, showing them around, taking them shopping, getting a Polish phone number, setting up a bank account, assistance in dealing with official issues and pastoral care throughout the employment period.
We have been working with Paccor since 2016, providing temporary production employees as well as permanent recruitment services for positions such as machine setters, electromechanics, lathe machine operators and millers. The client benefits from the support of our coordinators and the fact that we flexibly adjust the number of temporary workers to the current needs of production, transferring workers from other projects if necessary. On behalf of the client, we can also conduct periodic satisfaction surveys.
We have been working with Stanley Black & Decker since 2017. We provide temporary employees for the company’s warehouse in Gliwice, for the positions of warehouse operator and warehouse worker. Due to a change in the regulations concerning forklift truck service rights, the client was faced with a shortage of properly trained employees. We helped to organize training and examinations financed by the client for current and new employees, which helped us to recruit qualified specialists. One challenge was the difficulty employees faced to get to the workplace, which is located in the SEGRO economic zone in Kleszczów near Gliwice. At our initiative, with the support of the municipal services, the client launched a new bus line in February 2020, running at hours corresponding to the company’s working hours.
We have been working with Moto-Profil since 2017, when we started our first joint project to provide temporary workers. When demand was highest, we tripled our staffing levels in just two months, from 100 to over 300 employees working on tasks and processes in the warehouse and logistics areas of the Chorzow branch. Due to the large scale of cooperation, we introduced a regular on-call duty coordinator, and proposed the implementation of a tool for the electronic registration of working hours, which will improve the quality of work and communication between employees and the client.
In May 2016 we started cooperation with MCS, a Polish automotive company. As part of our services, we provide the client with temporary employees for the positions of junior operator and operator of conventional CNC machines. The client’s problems were the high turnover of employees and a significant decrease in work efficiency. We proposed to diversify their workforce to make it more gender-inclusive, as previously the client employed only male staff members. This change had a positive impact on work efficiency. As part of the service, we also enable the client to hire the best employees and supplement the number of temporary workers.
In 2017 we started cooperation with NGK Ceramics Polska, providing temporary employees to fill production line operator positions. Due to the significant recruitment needs of the client, we opened two dedicated PowerJobs branches in Dąbrowa Górnicza and Gliwice. Thanks to this, as well as promotional activities in the cities where NGK’s production plants are located, we have significantly improved the recruitment process and increased the number of candidates. Moreover, at the client’s request, we have developed an individual, multi-stage recruitment process using the Assessment Center, during which we check the qualifications of potential temporary employees.
